ON CINCINNATI REDS' OPENING DAY, THIS ONE BELONGS TO US
LOOKS LIKE
The opening day of baseball is something special to the town that prides itself on having the first professional team. Cincinnati didn't invent the day. It just seems like we did. After six months of cold and clouds and darkness at 5 o'clock, who would not be utterly and entirely ready for the light of Opening Day? Produced and edited by Carrie Cochran; written and narrated by Paul Daugherty; photographed by Carrie Cochran, Meg Vogel, Cara Owsley, Kareem Elgazzar and C. Trent Rosecrans. Cochran recorded Daugherty's narration ahead of time, but edited footage together as a daily turn. Published April 4, 2017.
